BLIZM

Born and raised in Panama City, FL. and residing in Atlanta, BLIZM is a Hip-Hop artist, producer and audio engineer. He is the founder of Chainless Entertainment and K-100 Radio.

BLIZM established his independent music label, Chainless Entertainment, in 1999. The indie label has released seven full length albums, numerous singles and videos. BLIZM’s third solo album, “THE UNLISTED LP” (2006), was a regional success with the single “YOU DON’T COME AROUND” gaining him FM radio rotation in several cities. His following solo album release, “THE CINEMA OF ME” (2012), was given rave reviews and hailed as one of the best independent album releases of that year.

In 2023 BLIZM worked as Executive Producer on the  R&B album “See What I’m Saying” by VYSHON. He produced the lead single, “Rabbit” and also Directed and Edited the video for the song. He is listed as producer and writer for several tracks on the project and was responsible for most of the recording and mixing on the album.

Now in 2026, after an extended hiatus from releasing his own solo projects due to focusing on building the K-100 Radio brand, BLIZM returns to where it all began: the art. His latest album release, The Dangerous Unc, marks his first full-length LP in over 15 years—and it’s a statement. It has been met with glowing reviews and is being called a new underground classic. 

Because of his expertise in creating music, BLIZM was accepted into The Recording Academy, the governing body for The Grammy Awards. As a voting member of the Recording Academy BLIZM continues to use his keen ear for music to help ensure artists that make it onto the ballots get a fair shot and real representation in pursuit of the prestigious award.

BLIZM has extended his skill set over a 20 plus year span to include Video Editor, Director, Music Supervisor and Film Scoring. He has accredited work on several independent films and documentaries (“Fakin”, “Story B4 Da Glory”, “Blood Bars & Beatz”), and several of his own music videos (“Time Changes”, “Salt And Pepper” and “Bet The House”).

BLIZM founded K-100 RADIO in 2010. He acts as the Program Director, Producer and occasional On-Air personality conducting interviews. He hosts the award winning music review segment, “ILL or KILL” (2018 SCM Award) and also hosts “Direct Line Interviews” (2016 SEA AWARD, 2018 Atlanta Hip Hop Awards, 2020 Southern Independent Awards). ILL or KILL was a staple in the independent music community, allowing artists to receive real time, unbiased feedback on their music. The show trail-blazed what is now the very popular online music review space.
